item delay in Steam

I would really like this delay to be reduced to 5 days because I think 15 days is too long. \\\\\\\\if exchange one think, I have to wait a whole 15 days? Can this delay be reduced to 5 days, please?

It was originally 3 days way back but people couldn't stop getting their accounts hijacked.
