If you are new to cs, learn the mechanics of the game. It's not as easy as you think.

Also play around in the settings for good crosshair and key binds it might make you game play smoother, do not yell out they are cheating esp if you are new.

Watch a few youtube clips on how to become better if you genuinely want to become good. Don't be abusive either.
