Steam Gifting Error
So I just redeemed a steam gift card. And I want to gift a game to a friend of mine. But I keep getting told error? Is there a way to fix this. I've contacted support.
And yes I'm new to Steam. First time buying items

steam has been restricting accounts from using wallet funds to buy gifts. either contact support (like the error message said to do) or use another form of payment. you can still use the wallet funds to buy games, you just cannot use them to buy gifts.
