Go outside at the biggest building in your city, talk to a lady, ask her for help, tell her specifically that you want to help the community and you want to be useful.

Then wait for the lady to send you a response after leaving your email to her.

If she responds and says that you could help, go there, help how much you can and they will give you money for free.

After you get the money for FREE, go to any cs2 skins webite or ask players to sell you their skins (watch out for scammers).

You got yourself FREE money AND skins..
