I want to start fresh in a game; but it seems like everything I've unlocked in a previous playthrough is still there, even when I delete the previous save in the game's menu and start a new game.

Anybody have general advice for accessing Steam's Cloud save data? I'm pretty sure found it once, but didn't think of looking around for any gear icons at the time. (I'm pretty sure this is my main opponent for this dilemma.)

However, if you have any advice regarding how to identify save data in a game's files, that would also be great.
