IDK im just telling you only to clarify this issue my friend was once a victim of that kind of thing. his old account has been community banned and vac banned because of false information. he traded with a scammed item and then he was the one who got banned, steam really sucks sometimes but are you aware of steam trading rules and policy?

Hope you can solve this problem and you better have your account reviewed and i can contact a steam reviewer to clean your name or else you might get banned in the future as well if you want i can send a steam ticket so they can send someone to help reviewed your account, but its up to you if you want to that's the least i can do to help you cuz now i made huge mistake towards your steam account as flagged mark scammer in your steam account and requested from steam to permanent ban your account and I'm extremely nervous and anxious right now because they approved my request earlier , here you can see the ticket sorry for this accidentally report flagged items in your account
