Hello, I received The Sims 4 and the Cottage Living DLC on Steam while using a Windows PC. Now I’ve switched to a MacBook, and EA App does not allow me to download or access the DLC. EA Support redirects me to Steam, and Steam pages won’t let me submit a request. I’m not asking for a refund — I just want to find a way to use the content I legally own. Please escalate this if needed. I’d appreciate any help.

You legally own a license to play the game on the OS that is officially supported by the game.

Dual boot into WIndows, which is the only official supported OS for the Game and DLC.
