Error:Failed to open game
I bought a MacBook Air M1 yesterday and installed Steam and Stardew Valley, and when I click to play it simply won't open.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and Steam, and it still doesn't work.
Does anyone know what it could be or what I can try?

The game was made for Intel-based Macs not the M1 so you would need to run it with Rosetta 2.

Could be because of the latest macOS Sequoia 15.4. Some games have stopped working so make a volume with Sonoma for your old games and see if that helps.
