I bought game which is not compatible to mac book.
I tried to get a refund but the game I bought does not show in the recent product, I cannot proceed to a refund. Please help.

Situation I just bought one hour ago and couldn't download the app after I purchased.

If you go to https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/en/ (steam support) it should give you a refund option
