Good to know uis. Only restart of Steam helps in your case as well?
I have the same
I found a way, I will try
"Install the Marlett font inside. Go to Library, then Application Support/Steam/Steam.AppBundle/Contents/MacOS, and then open the "resource" folder. You will find the "fonts" folder and then you will open Marlett.tff. Install it and text should be back on."
Update. It's better. But text still disappeared after some time…
The suggestion was to rebuild the font registration system database, and restart.
In the Terminal app, type the following and restart the Mac:
After I did that, I can see text in my Preferences pop-up window again.
However neither of the suggestions seem to work now
1. The Marlett.tff file is not in either of the Library folders
2. atsutils is no longer present in macOS
Is there a solution to this that works with the latest macOs and Client?
