So a bunch of you guys had the same problem as me on csgo on mac, and the problem being that instead of a single click, you have to double click in order to navigate through the menu and also while playing the game it self. (means that you have to double click to shoot as well).
I wasn`t able to find any really useful tips or solutions but I was lucky enough to find THE solution on my own!

This will probably sound like a joke to you but I kidd you not. All you have to do is to do nothing when you launch the game. I mean NOTHING. Don`t move your cursor at all. Even a small nudge on the mouse will launch the game with the double click mouse problem. Click "launch game" and just leave the cursor there.
If done correctly, the game will launch as normal and you`ll find the game to be working as it should. Hope this will help you poor souls out there that hasn`t found any useful solutions.
