Source Engine 2009 isn't displaying default configurations.

I was just using the SDK yesterday and everything was fine. Now I start it up today and the usual configurations that were there have vanished. The other versions of source (Source Engine MP, Source Engine 2007/6, etc) have their default configs and display/work just fine. It seems this has only affected the 2009 version. Any suggestions?
