Source SDK EP2 Broken
Well it looks like this update broke it. My maps won't compile and when it try's to run them it tries to run the old version. Was anyone even testing these? Valve do you even care anymore?
Fix it.

try to edit your gameinfo.txt and change the SteamAppID 420 to 218
