Adding master server

Hello,
I have a problem with Adding master server.
I have the latest hlds Exe build: 14:13:30 Jul 5 2017 (7559) and i do not see the server in the list or in the console information about adding a server.
Connection to Steam servers successful
VAC secure mode is activated.

I have a linux server on OVH, the firewall turned off and still the same
