I have downloaded & reinstalled Steam on my Surface-Pro 8 PC. But I can't get past the pass word / name at the steam login screen. I have all my log in details written down. I also tried resetting my password with a code emailed to me, but that won't let me log in either.

Yet I can access this steam chat with my correct player name showing as "Kiwi Tryhard"
I have my steam user number, but I have nowhere to input that data. I have no My Library showing in the steam screen I am in. Just store, community, my name, chat, support.

I tried to contact steam support direct via a web link, but that failed also. I am unable to create a support help/request.
Any help would be appreciated.
