SteamCMD downloads incomplete content for past 2 days

Hi All,

its been 2 days that I am unable to download the full hlds for CS, I have hosted many times before, but looks like steamcmd itself doesnt downloads the file for CS1.6. Even HLDS.exe is missing and the steam update says completed. Below is what I have done but it completes 100 times but the files are incomplete:
login anonymous
force_install_dir c:\hlserver
app_update 90 validate

But many files are missing even after trying 100 times, anyone faced this before?

Its been broken for years..

Well, i just looked, and apparently even on steam tools is broken now. (this used to work)

For linux, i used this tutorial:
https://github.com/dgibbs64/HLDS-appmanifest/blob/master/README.md
Someone made fixed appmanifest files, so on linux you can replace a few files and it downloads the full server.
Also you can download the full linux dedicated server here:
https://github.com/DevilBoy-eXe/hlds

You must find another appmanifest thing for windows.

Thanks , Let me try the linux one, I only thought automix and other plugins will be tricky in linux.
