1. Check if systemd is blocking further tasks from spawning. You may check that with 'systemctl status csgo.service' (or whatever you named your service). If the active tasks are only a few away from the limit, you pretty sure have your culprit - and need to raise the limit (with 'TasksMax=*somenumber*' - REFRAIN from setting that to 'infinity'!)
2. Check your CPU/RAM usage. Systemd has also limits for the latter, you might want to raise them if the defaults of your OS are too low (see 'systemctl show' for details).
But since your problem only seems to affect the warmup phase, where (as I interpret your description) more maps/games are loaded to account for the arenas, I'd go for the tasks first.
Actually, I can't check these things. I'm renting CS:GO server, not actual VPS (but I got partial FTP access, I can modify anything in csgo folder).
I tried rent serval other CS:GO server, but with diffrent hostings, same issue.
Server crashing is usually related to addons/plugins or/and configs.
Try to host a vanila server with no mods or configs, see if it crashes.
