Vacuum packaging
Why do they have to vacuum pack everything now, from plushies to lightbulbs, except for the things that matter like raw meat.

Meat is almost always vacuum packed prior to arriving at the store or restaurant that you buy it from.

I've never received a meat product from a factory or purveyor in a non-vacuum sealed package unless it was in a brine.

As for everything else, especially soft things that become flat, it saves on space, which reduces shipping costs for bulk orders.

I just bought light bulbs and they was in a box no vacuum packing on light bulbs.
Leaders, media at least here in Sweden wants to push us into eating less meat, i would figure that´s common knowledge but not sure about just how widespread that is outside of where i live.

Veganism is not sustainable, the problem being that there is not enough fertile land, population is far too big but this could have worked long, long ago.

It is so bad that they are researching how to turn feces into food (faux meat) and don't get me started on indoor, vertical farms, not as organic as everyone thinks.

Because a good percentage of the world population is sue happy, and have no problem taking your ass to court.
I don't know. All I know is that, there’s— still— *screams*"Hope!" for them to stop with the ludacris packaging methods. There's no need for it.
I just wish more stuff was wrapped in plastic the more plastic the better for the earth.
