$20m but you will never feel warm.

Would you take £20m but you will feel a bit chilly for the rest of your life. Even in the bath or a tropical country.

i have hyperthyroidism so i am always running a bit hot, so i would be alright being unable to feel warm again as long as i am not freezing all the time.
