Europe hardly have anything as extravagant as the upper middle class as USA but poverty is not as bad as well

I get feeling people have no idea how wealth the upper middle class in USA really, living in houses and having access to lifestyles that pretty much don't exist in europe.

But on other hand poverty is absolutly much worse in USA than europe due to lack of safety nets, labor laws are really bad and the high cost of living and how expensive necessary stuff don't help

I live in Europe, so I know, but in terms of regular people, the rich portion of regular americans are much better off than their european peers, but the opposite is true when it comes to the less fortunate.
