I’m generally quiet and reasonable, though not emotionally cold, and I’m capable of thoughtful self-reflection. I’ve never had any serious need for medical attention, nor have I ever required hospitalization. The unusual aspects of my life are simply those you might expect from an introverted, reflective person whose profession is rooted in creativity. Still, maintaining mental health remains a significant challenge in today’s world.
