A lot, and I mean a lot, of GenXers actually could not give a ♥♥♥♥ about politics at all.
Politics is considered 'cringe' so there is that as well. There is a reason that I stopped studying and documenting human culture and all that jazz.

i mean yeah im indoctrinated into thinking communism is based and epic because i actually believe that it is the case
taking into account the success of socialism in the USSR despite its flaws and extremely unfavourable circumstances its only logical to keep going in that direction and aim towards communism for the ultimate based and epic state for people to live in
