Games with easy controls.

I would love to play more RPG / ARPG games. However I really struggle with complex combos or precise timing needed for them. Are there any games out there that have easier controls? Bonus would be if it has controller support cause I prefer it but not required.

What I look for in a game:
Cool combat
Lots and lots of cosmetics
Decent story
Simple to understand

I also would like a game that I can dip in and out of as I am a very busy person.

The Division , Ghost Recon Wildlands , RE 4 , Rise of the Tomb Raider , Robocop Rogue city, Far Cry5 , AC Odyssey

Sounds like any number of Final Fantasy-style games. Some have auto-attack options you can enable once you've established your party setup.

Every Game that is today made imo but here is a list

-boomer shooter genre where you just shoot and move around
-diablo franchise or path of exile just slash some hoardes and skill whatever you like
-singleplayer games adventure, action
-platformer games like mario, spongebob
-hidden cats games
-multiplayer fortnite and apex legends

for now thats it and thats what is really simple

Diablo 4 is about as casual as ARPG games comes, just get it on sale if you decide it is for you, it isn't worth the full price. Really any ARPG is pretty easy.

Yeah, some old ones make you go through menus for every single action, every single round. Newer ones can be more streamlined, but there is still some menu work when you're assigning skills and equipment.

Best bet is probably some newer stuff I haven't even played.
