My OCD is getting so bad - help!

I've had this OCD theme for nearly 3 years now: I'm afraid that even despite having clothes on, my buttcrack is showing somehow. Now this may seem like a crappy troll thread, but I'm serious. I'm at my wit's end. I have for 2 years now worn two undershirts I stuff under my shorts too. But that doesn't stop the fear! I still have stupid thoughts telling me otherwise. What do I do? What do I wear? The pair of shorts I've worn since June this year, I've noticed the theme has gotten worse since.

Not trying to be edgy or over the top, but in all seriousness I'd kill myself if that happened. The fear is that bad.

My pants don't fall. I wear shorts, lounge shorts but they're like pjamas. They feel like I'm not even wearing anything. They're super wrinkly too and it irritates me.

I have long shirts. I'm wearing one right now. It's long enough to stuff in between my cheeks. That's what I've been doing. But it doesn't seem like it's enough.
