This should have you scratching your heads. All the work and time they spent on convicting this guy for Trump to throw it all away and pardon him. No one has been able to explain why the DOJ would waste resources prosecuting someone only for Trump to then pardon them a few months later destroying all their work

It should only make you shake your head if you are completely ignorant and have a childish view of the way the government works.

60-95% of "public servants" are left wing, depending on what metrics you use. These people don't just vanish when a different president gets elected. These people never vanish in fact. There's a term for it, it is called "the deep state". These are the people who ultimately control the country.

A nice example is United States v. Rahimi, where the Trump DOJ is taking the Rahimi case (whether you should be allowed to own firearms if you take drugs, most conservatives beleive shall not be infringed) to the supreme court, which is important because Rahimi is a career criminal and terrorist, and the current supreme court has a track record of finding against plaintiffs who are "bad people", so the DOJ is purposefully sabotaging the case by choosing this specific individual.
