No, that's not what the bible says. Tithing was only a part of the Mosaic Law. Christians are not under the Mosaic Law.

I do not. However the world tried to force me to tithe in a roundabout way by torturing me endlessly so I couldn't get anything done. It didn't work, I forced through, and then I got old enough that it figured it didn't need to screw me over anymore.

Not anywhere near 10%. I devote some time towards good causes though. I certainly wouldn't be giving money to rich evangelicals. They have more than they know what to do with and often this wealth goes towards funding political causes rather than helping the poor.
