Deconstructed Sushi... so sorry its so pricey these days
so i can make sushi at home... but i aint the best at the rolling
as my end cuts are a bit sloppy.... i also like things easy

so now
what i do...

i make the sushi rice as normal... then i shred up the the nori(seaweed sheets)
add that... and then i will add what ever i feel like for the next couple of days..


i used to put nori threw my spaghetti maker and it was like thick strips...
but ripping it or cutting with a knife is just as good...


save your money people... let the payers pay...

I thought sushi wouldn't last over a few days or at least, it won't taste nor feel the same in texture due to going stale. I guess people pay for convenience but it's always nice to cook and make your own food.

its not the same... day 2 i might mix it even more and make konji and add kimchi...
the reason i say sorry is i really appreciate some of the artistry in the sushi and
other products these people are making.... i have a few places around here and
the skill is amazing in most of them...
