Last time into my dentist automated reception service who cheerfully informed me that my appointment is next day and then in next sentence said that we are waiting for you in 20 days.

Judges - yes
Social workers - yes
Criminals - already using it

Things like judges, social workers, law makers... Thats half the reason its getting so much investment.
