Last time into my dentist automated reception service who cheerfully informed me that my appointment is next day and then in next sentence said that we are waiting for you in 20 days.
Guess it was really worth it to lay off that human receptionist. -.-

Judges - yes
Social workers - yes
Criminals - already using it
