“non” doesn’t mean 0%. it’s a low alcohol content beverage. you drink that throughout the day and on jobs??

For people that see kvass as a foreign drink, kvass from a grocery store is usually a fizzy drink with no alcohol, if you brew it yourself it is still a soft drink unless you let it ferment for too long and then it becomes beer-like.
