Didn't they say Linux only makes up 3% of users? Sincere question.

If that's right, that was the percentage of we Win 7 users at the time when we got that red message from Steam they would stop supporting it.

When we griped, users told us 3% of users wasn't worth Steams time, given how little the amount.

gaming is good on linux so there's no need for m$ garbage

In your dreams. I'm on Windows since 20 years and this isn't going to change because some nazi has itchy underwear.

Linux is up to 5% adoption, but I wouldn't expect it to be a windows killer unless Microsoft keeps messing up year after year after year.

I'm skipping windows 11 (on Mint), and with all the vibe coding they're doing over there... combined with mass layoffs... I doubt Windows 12 is something to look forward to.

But I need Windows of the off chance I feel like playing Final Fantasy XIV.
