-Glyphosate and atrazine laced GMO canola, corn, soybean, and or cottonseed oil. Put some in the pan.

-Open can of vegetables, pour out dye filled fluoridated chlorinated water. Add to pan.
-Open up dehydrated potatoes. Reconstitute with fluoridated chlorinated water, heat it up in the microwave.
-Open some soda full of sodium benzoate that turns into formaldehyde (or w/e) when exposed to sunlight, and high fructose corn syrup.
-Maybe get some GMO wheat crackers dessicated with glyphosate after harvest and brominated as a rising agent.
-Serve.
-Add high fructose corn syrup filled ketchup as desired. Sprinkle irradiated black pepper.
