also we can live on meat but carbs and fat will kill us
Beef jerky, hamburger patties snausages.
No chocolate? You mean no more Jaffa Cakes?
Probably protein, I do like my meat, chicken, pork, beef, lamb. I could live on that (I think).
It's hard because a juicy steak is protein. But the fat is the flavor. You know what I'm saying?
And what if I wanted a bite of French bread after the bite. You know what I'm saying?
How can you pick just one?
That's what I'm sayin'.
Protein and fat are more expensive, but you'll be leaner. You might have cholesterol issues if you eat the wrong kinds of it.
Option 2 is veganism, which is carbohydrate.
Meat is what we're supposed to eat. Humans are carnivores. Meat has all our nutrition, requiring no supplements. If you went 100% meat/eggs, it would be the perfect diet. We do not need carbs, of any type, in any amount. The less of them you eat, the better.
Plants on the other hand are not what we're supposed to eat. They are difficult to digest, lack over a dozen essential nutrients, and contain toxins. Veganism is terrible for your health.
The problem with modern society and meat, is that we only ever really eat muscle meat now. Organs are where all the nutrition really is, and traditionally, we'd eat those too. Bet almost nobody here has eaten an animal's brains or eyeballs, cracked bones open to suck out the marrow, or gorged on liver and kidneys until they got high - thats how you live on meat.
We need more than carbs, fat, and protein to be healthy. Got about 70 other vitamins and minerals our body uses to stay in good shape.
Meat also lacks the enzymes necessary to break it down properly, so having things like onions and leeks helps us replenish our stomach acids. Get a lot more out of your food if it digests properly.
