It happens at Christmas time, So Many the energy of Christmas is not a happy one. Find happy things to do occupy yourself with funny videos. Contact long lost friends. Christmas will only last about 7 days then life returns .

A couple ways. Playing co-operative multiplayer games is one way. Those are better for meeting cool people than competative multiplayer games. Then there's the solution to go outside. Meet real humans. Don't even have to be personal, just take a seat at a nice local bar & spend some time there.

Me personally, I can be the ugliest looking man and with some level of self confidance, I score chicks. Its like gaining XP. Youll run into lesbians, but remeber, you got rejected not cause of you, but they are simply lesbians not interested in men (and you learn its not you the issue) ;) .. Gain more XP and youll spot this. Gay guys are easiest, like real men, a gay men will take anything.. .. So be carefull with that route. Assuming you're hetero.

Not a personal problem but I hear that spit and imagination can take you far.

Being alone and actually feeling alone are two different things.

I can be in the city between fastillions of people and still feel alone.

On the other hand, i can literally be alone and still feel not alone because i don't want other people around me.

When i need other people around me, i simply go out, meet people and get the fix i need until it's enough.

If you don't have other people you know, it's a bit harder of course but meeting new people can be a positivity in your life, if it's the right people.

You just need to be open for new experiences.

What loneliness? What the hell is even a loneliness?
Personally I consider other people to be obstacles that only get in the way between me and video games. I have no need for such obstacles.
