My only issue remaining is I like soda a lot still and can't drink sugar free variants because yuck.
If you haven’t tried banana rice then you’re missing out.
In the morning its 4 eggs sunny side, can sardines with olive oil, and a slice of thin sizzle steak. All cooked in beef tallow. Oh, 2 bananas before I hit the gym with 2 cups of cold brew green tea.
mid morning: A shake that consist of 2 scoops protein, collagen powder, walnuts, Fage 2% Yogurt, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, cacao powder, and 1 cup grass fed whole milk. This is so delicious. Almost 1000c, and 100g protein.
lunch: 8oz grassfed, grass finished ground beef, 1tbsp butter, 1 avocado, a servings of prunes. Beef is cooked in beef tallow.
A few hours before bed: 2-3 kiwi
I do the same every day. have been for a while now. Am I concerned with saturated fat. Cholesterol. Nope. This isn't what is killing us. Its fast food. Its the ultra processed foods that we are consuming everyday. Its the isolation. Its not exercising and the over reliance on medications. Especially as we get older. We are a sick nation. The West is sick. Look at Singapore. They have a long life expectancy and eat a lot of meat. The thing is they move and they have a community of people.
Eat whole foods. Or else, you'll be a victim to big pharma. They want you on medications for life., Its a business in the end.
I'll eat anything that I enjoy. Meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables, and then the naughty stuff:
Chocolate (got to have at least one Jaffa Cake a day), bacon butty (sandwich), cakes.
The only thing I don't really eat is anything that I consider rabbit food, raw tomatoes (nasty), and lettuce.
