Kind of what Vox said
closing a account after a certain amount of time due to inactivity, when you catching up on other games on other platforms
From asset flipping, to hardcoding the game's launcher to crash when certain steam accounts launch it, to gaslighting and sockpuppetry in the game's discord.
The game has been in development for over 13 years it's just a scam for making you BUY ships and items you bought with in game credits
I was permanently banned from TCG Shop Simulator for asking when the card game will be ready. Asked just that and said nothing else. Promises of the card game has been on the launch menu since game release, on the forum, the games website, and was over a year passed the insinuated time of release.
Also the guy had the nerve to reply on my review page acting like I was being hasty, after he literally disappeared for six months, and all the other reviews were calling it abandoned.
And as they released the new DLC during the second season (they added new content in it), they also updated the descriptions to the season pass aswell, which I might add wasn't there before then.
Almost the same thing has happened to the other multiplayer game, where I thought that the complete edition would contain everything, all seasons.
Welp, tough luck!
Getting the complete edition earlier than before all the future content is released means getting only the content that's available, while the future content being once again locked out.
(Yes, complete editions are basically 2x - 3x of the base game's price tag, in case you'd wanna ask.)
I do know better nowadays than to make the haste, but not knowing meant quite the loss on my part. I could've easily gifted the games to some of my friends instead of going for the complete editions, but I didn't know that the future content would be locked out for me yet..
they release a full price game with a premium limited edition only to tell they buyers that "ups my bad, wait until 2027 for the content we promised at launch..."
Car Mechanic Simulator and Farming Simulator for the same thing times ten.
Iron Hearts thinking that junky phone game is worth $30 a month.
And Battle Brothers for selling me a 2D cardboard cut out game for $60. Then telling me in the game forum its because "Its probably the best game ever made.".
