We already have something called battlefield friends which is very close to a counterstrike parody. It would have some differences though like the bonb defusal mode, the ingame currency system, the player trading economy, the bomb defusal mode, the terrorism theme. Plus CS culture is much more known for sweaty try hard competitive players and toxic personalities.

well technically speaking Metroid is a video game parody of a live action movie titled Alien the character, Samus, is a parody of Ripley who was the main character in the movies.
