Don't get me wrong, those people work in highly stress environment. I myself my father is a surgeon so I know how much it sucks being called at 2 am for an urgency. You never can have a beer and relax in the night but stay on the alert always because someone got a car crash and needs fixing. If you can't answer to this they will fire you, as in any other job.

But listen to me. An engineer life is no less strerssful. You don't want driving your porsche on the bridge and the bridge collapsing down in the river. Their is great burden too.

Even if you just drive a truck, there is burden you don't make a crash.

Every job is responsible, except Walmart\

So there is no sense why physicians take God salaries. Yes they are God on the physician table making a woman give a birth but they are useless without the engineer or scientist who provides these tool, or the trucker who trucks these tools to their clinic.
