I don't think that even Venezuelans against the current Luis Maduro dictatorship would want him in there. It'd only serve to further deflate their economy's currently way low value.

Although if he actually standed a real trial for "having Classified Documents inside one of his houses upon his former Presidency"[abcnews.go.com], I'd feel a way lot more trusting about the current USA's democratical system and Courts system working as intended.
