One or two hands to crack an egg?
Ayo, not to start a war or anything, but I gotta ask these hot button questions from time to time.

Try to keep it civil everyone, I know we've all got strong opinions on our differences over the issue.

One if you're in a hurry, two if you're separating the yolks from the whites.
Crack the egg on a flat surface to prevent bits of shell ending up in your bowl but use the rim of the bowl if you need two separate shells to separate the egg. Peace.
