Whereas a decapitation strike is the most and what protesters in Georgia for example really should have done, to deny their government's strategy of ignoring them and bleeding them dry.

I think a mixture of the OP and this are actually the right answers.

They don't give a squat UNTIL it is re-election time.

Honestly any Congress person running for state office shouldn't be voted in there, either.

When the likability of Congress sits below 20% the members shouldn't be elected for any office.
