Bloodless Thanksgiving
Instead of harvesting one live turkey, why not go for the trifecta, the infamous Turducken. Some enjoy the awful tofurky, not sure what the ♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥ is supposed to be but hey, if you enjoy it I say, why not go for the gold and pile on some ketchup for taste or a dash of ghost pepper.

Like I said, if you are going to have a sacrifice, why not three at once and stuff one bird carcass into the other?

bird is already cut and in the fridge ready for the oven at 2pm.....cutting the back bone out and laying flat will cook it in 90 minutes not hours.....so much better way to cook that bird.....:steamhappy:

Yes, fast and high heat is best for turkey and chicken as the meat will hold more juiciness.
