And it's already been established that convicted felons can run for president and become elected. It would be hilarious if Newsom actually became a convicted felon and runs, how MAGA would then claim it should disqualify him. What standards would those be? I mean, really, he is a pathological liar, seems to think that the law does not apply to him, violates the constitution on a regular basis, abuses his position to enrich himself, and also to punish his perceived enemies...... He should have been impeached, and imprisoned quite some time ago, but, he has money, so, apparently, the law doesn't actually apply to him.
