Euthenised means murdered/killed.
I figure if they didn't do that she'd have lived longer.
And if they had only given her a skateboard to chase cats she would have been happy.

i feel bad for any pet you own. your understanding of death is morbidly obese.

That sure would have made her happy, I am sure.

I did not read the article, so I cannot comment on whether they euthanized her unjustly, but I can say that euthanasia is not always wrong.

I had a German Shepherd dog with hemangiosarcoma, which is a fast-growing cancer that leaves no time for symptoms to appear before it is too late. We had no idea she had it until she started acting up; she was not eating and was not jumping up to see us, so I knew something was wrong. By the time we arrived at the vet, which was about 30 minutes away, she was bleeding from her nose and mouth. I would have paid for surgery, but the doctor said the cancer had ruptured an organ, and she was bleeding profusely. She was only five years old. I had to choose between allowing her to bleed to death internally and euthanizing her. I made the right decision to put her to sleep. She fell asleep in my arms while I gently petted and spoke to her. Needless to say, the entire vet building heard my cries. I still cry about it to this day. I had her cremated and have an altar dedicated to her.
