UE4 was graphically enough anyway. Graphics aren't getting all that much better, nor the cards "required" for running them.

I wonder if it's true that what they're doing with it for Witcher 4 will solve the problem of it being so stuttery.

people are putting to much in to games and its causing issues.....like BF6.....i dont need small maps with exploding trash piles all over the place.....yeah it looks good but the cost of frame rate and map size....

You'd think that developers would know to target GPU's that are a couple generations old, since it is pretty common to skip generations when upgrading graphics cards. The vast majority of users will not have a 5070+ card, but if you design the game for a 3070 specs for medium or low settings, you will have a game that is more playable on multiple systems.

Unreal 5 should be able to handle the lower cards assuming the developers do not add to many features just for the sake of adding them.

It's not that bad. It's the developers skill issue.
