Not necessarily in that order.
It's not the most technically impressive, but that's not the point. That would have just been a distraction tbh. It's 100% perfect for bridging one chorus to the next in an emotional way. I especially like how it reprises the chorus itself, with more complexity and more intensity. It feels like the character (or singer/writer/whatever) is really reflecting on his situation.
