No, the war is still going on. Just hours after the so called "agreement", Ukraine launched attacks against Russia using drones inside Russian territories.

Seems like Zelenskyy is agreeing to the plan. He has no choice. He cannot win.

but the us and eu could win this war or at least turn this thing into a big worldwide war if they really want to go all in

To be fair that's pretty normal for peace deals. Not everyone gets the memo all at once, and there's also attempts to get your "last licks" in with the understanding that the opponent will probably be willing to ignore anything but the most heinous acts.

To be fair that's pretty normal for peace deals. Not everyone gets the memo all at once, and there's also attempts to get your "last licks" in with the understanding that the opponent will probably be willing to ignore anything but the most heinous acts.
