Most MAGA twitter accounts are foreigners
Steam should implement something similar. I'd like to see how many MAGA trolls on OT are foreign nationals.

Most MAGA trolls are already breaking the rules on spam and discrimination, and in some cases harassment.

I'm willing to bet a huge portion of America-centric political accounts on Steam aren't in the US.

I'd say just assuming any of the posters here with private accounts are like this is probably a safe bet.

tbf if they're from a foreign country, it's more likely to align with trump's views and be conservative than the contrary

i think the far left LGBT BBC white-guilt accounts from countries that don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about LGBT and have barely any white people were more eye opening.
were not a bunch recently discovered to be foreign nationals very recently?

I thought i saw some headlines over the past few days.

Yeah a lot of the political accounts from both sides of the nonsense were found to come out of India and the middle east.

Wouldn't doubt it for a second. Too much of what passes for "discourse" around here is deliberately inflammatory and based on clearly external experiences of the nation.

We definitely have a few home-grown diehards around here, but not shocked at all that most of the vocal folks are from beyond one of the ponds.

One such individual has seven accounts, based out of Asia so yeah...just goes to show. Take politics on Steam with a grain of salt.
Where's OP from?

Yeah, it's usually foreigners starting those threads for sure. However, pro-American comments are very likely to be in the US. There's a lot of people in the US, and the majority of voters chose Trump. It's just pure cope when these people try to claim the supporters aren't American.

When it comes to foreigners discussing the US on OT, it tends to be about 20/80 positive or right-leaning/negative or left leaning respectively.

Keep in mind that these foreign nationals will use any free social media to pose as MAGA, including people on Steam.

This is why I block so many private MAGA accounts.

A relatively tiny majority of voters. Who were not, themselves, the majority of voters as a whole.

I love my country. Trump is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ embarrassment. We will endure beyond him.

These things can be true at the same time.
