So many videogames (the multiplayer ones especially) tanked up the size over the years, that I can't even recommend them anymore!

Thus.. I have no choice, but to go with..

Flowers saga (yuri visual novels)
Need for Speed: Heat (baaarely scratches the 40 GB limit with 35 GB)
Quake III Arena
Rise of the Tomb Raider (certain game modes offer a wide replayability)
Shadow of the Tomb Raider (self-explanatory sequel to ROTTR, but lacks the replayability)
Wonderful Everyday Down the Rabbithole (also known as SubaHibi, or Subarashiki Hibi)

I don't know why exactly but I keep playing binding of isaac WAY more than anything else here recently. I think it's only a couple of GB.
