I would think this would be obvious for anyone acting in good faith, from an internally motivated basis, to do on their own, without prompting. If you want to be understood and taken seriously, you should conduct yourself in a sensible manner.

Those are mental gymnastics. Distill it down, it is very simple. If you produce highly repetitive output on a particular topic, or invoke a particular (substanceless, opaque, hollow) reply on a topic, then when prompted you will disclose where your actions come from and what it means. If you will not, it means you are hiding something. All that matters is that such refusal to disclose is clearly established.

So what? Demanding someone reveal their ethnicity with the intent to disallow their opinion if their ethnicity is one you disapprove of is racism pure and simple.
